Job Title: Digital Marketing & Online Platforms Manager Location: Sorrento / Remote Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Online Platforms Manager who can manage and optimize our Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive bookings and brand awareness.
In addition to digital advertising, this role will oversee the management of all online platforms where our boats and experiences are listed, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and visually engaging.
A strong understanding of Apple computers, graphics, and the use of software like Numbers is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Advertising Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns to generate leads, increase bookings, and drive brand awareness.
Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and design visually appealing ads to attract target audiences.
Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Online Platform Management: Manage and maintain all online platforms where our boats and experiences are listed (e.g., TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experiences, GetMyBoat, etc.).
Ensure listings are accurate, visually engaging, and optimized for search visibility with relevant keywords and content.
Regularly update pricing, availability, and promotional offers on all platforms.
Graphics and Content Creation: Collaborate with designers or use design tools to create high-quality graphics and visual content for ads, social media, and listings.
Edit photos and videos to enhance the visual appeal of digital content and online listings.
Apple Computer & Software Proficiency: Use Apple computers efficiently for day-to-day operations, including graphic design, data analysis, and document management.
Leverage software like Numbers (Apple's spreadsheet program) to analyze data, manage budgets, and create performance reports.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and online listings, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and platform-specific dashboards to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize advanced audience targeting and segmentation techniques to ensure ads reach the most relevant users, driving high-quality traffic and conversions.
Stay Current with Digital Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising platforms.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or rental industries.
Strong knowledge of Apple computers and software, including Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Proficiency in managing online listings on various platforms like TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experiences, and others.
Experience in creating compelling graphics, content, and ad copy.
Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for performance.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms efficiently.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
