The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the search marketing, web analytics, and testing roadmap for our website content site. In this role, you will be the point-of-contact within the marketing organization for website measurement, A/B testing, and optimization. This individual will partner with content, communications, UX, and tech teams to prioritize measurement capabilities, develop and maintain dashboards for various marketing campaigns, initiatives, and serve as the subject matter expert on website optimization, SEO, SEM, and email. You will develop a detailed understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM in particular) and understand the long-term financial impact of customer behavior trends. As a highly-visible analytics lead, you will regularly interface with stakeholders and leadership to monitor website performance, socialize insights, and recommend optimization/testing opportunities for various marketing initiatives. You will be the single point of contact for specific areas of the business and will be the search team's expert for that product line, gathering insights and applying learnings to additional lines of business/countries.
The right candidate will be a well-versed analytics professional with previous experience in web analytics and/or A/B testing with search marketing expertise. They should exhibit a high level of proficiency when speaking to website measurement and have the ability to articulate data and insights to cross-functional stakeholders. They will develop deep search channel insights/SEO/SEM and understanding in partnership with other marketing teams and internal stakeholders. This individual will be able to balance their subject matter expertise with strong communication skills when providing analytics and testing support for partner teams. Their experience should include familiarity with marketing analytics, cross-channel measurement, and A/B testing concepts. They should also have the technical know-how to troubleshoot web analytics implementations and communicate tracking requirements to development teams. The Digital Marketing Manager should be passionate about our customers and must have proven analytical capability, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead website management, search marketing (SEO/SEM), and email.
• Manage web analytics reporting and measurement for the AGS marketing content site, create dashboards that enable marketers to measure the effectiveness of their channels and/or programs, and maintain a rigid testing culture while executing A/B tests to drive towards business goals.
• Develop and execute various website tests to drive acquisition, engagement, and traffic improvements.
• Regularly audit web analytics implementation to ensure data accuracy, and work with development teams to address issues and/or recommend new tracking capabilities.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to refine our understanding of the search space and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings and channel insights into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.
• Be the quarterback of email nurture programs. Work with internal teams to build nurture emails across the customer lifecycle.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years working in digital marketing, of which: (a) 3+ years in a high-tech B2B demand generation; (b) 3+ years of work experience in Marketing Automation.
• Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include email, organic social, paid media, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
• Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketing Automation tools.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Performance Marketing (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ website and email marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
• Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketing Automation tools.
• Track record of developing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns.
• Track record of developing and executing A/B testing within email and taking action on the results.
• Knowledge of testing and measurement practices to optimize ROI and evolve strategy.
• Extensive Salesforce and Tableau experience preferred.
• A team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
