WirWinzer and TRAVINO are looking for a competent and motivated individual (m/f/d) for the role of:
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (m/f/d)
Role responsibilities:
Based on your comprehensive understanding of customers, you will develop highly effective marketing strategies.
According to this you will create a content plan and align all the marketing activities, onsite topics and campaigns to the overall content strategy
Design and implementation of sales campaigns/actions in the TRAVINO online shop.
Operational monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the TRAVINO shop.
Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of strategic and operational measures and projects.
Close collaboration with various departments, such as Category Management, logistics, customer service, and IT, as well as with the parent company WirWinzer GmbH in Germany.
Management of various Customer Experience topics with the aim of improving the customer experience (e.g., customer surveys, Customer Experience Monitoring, ...).
Support for other subsidiaries in content analysis, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
3-4 years of professional experience in the e-commerce sector
High motivation and ability to work in a structured and independent manner
Excellent analytical skills and business understanding
Proficiency in MS Office, GA, and online shop systems
Problem-solving mindset
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Excellent proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is advantageous
