Western Union powers your pursuit As Marketing Manager, you will contribute to propose, develop and execute the marketing plans for Southern Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal), focusing on digital channels.
Role Responsibilities Propose, develop and execute the marketing plans for Southern Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal), focusing on digital channels (like Search, UAC, Social, Display) to define marketing opportunities for the organization's products and services; working in coordination with other business units, key functional areas, agents and suppliers.Support Display / Programmatic channel coordination / BAU activities for all EU, working with the Media Agency and keeping a specific focus on this communication line in terms of creatives development, audience and settings, and performance optimization.Role Requirements University degree or equivalent.4 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within the financial services or payments industry.Analytically minded and comfortable in presenting reports to management.Fully proficient with Microsoft office applications and keen to learn different analytic tools (e.g. PowerBi, Appsflyer).Fluency in the English and Italian languages (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.Benefits You will have access to short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few.
