Join Western Union as a Digital Marketing Manager.Hybrid mode – 3 days per week at the officeFixed Term contract (till 31st Dec 2025)Western Union powers your pursuit As Marketing Manager, you will contribute to propose, develop and execute the marketing plans for Southern Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal), focusing on digital channels.Role Responsibilities As Marketing Manager, you will contribute to propose, develop and execute the marketing plans for Southern Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal), focusing on digital channels (like Search, UAC, Social, Display) to define marketing opportunities for the organization's products and services; working in coordination with other business units, key functional areas, agents and suppliers.You will be also supporting Display / Programmatic channel coordination / BAU activities for all EU, working with the Media Agency and keeping a specific focus on this communication line in terms of creatives development, audience and settings, and performance optimization.Role Requirements University degree or equivalent.+4 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within the financial services or payments industry.You'll need to be analytically minded and be comfortable in presenting reports to management.This role also requires you to be fully proficient with Microsoft office applications and keen to learn different analytic tools (e.g.
