For our Milan Headquarter we are searching for a: Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager works within the Worldwide team to set the Digital strategy and the
yearly action plan, cascade it and coordinate the implementation across the MBE main European
markets.
Reporting to MBE WW Marketing and Communication Director, role's geographies of
relevance are Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, The UK & Ireland and Portugal,
The Digital Marketing Manager has proven working experience in digital marketing, as well as
social media and advertising campaigns.
He/she is highly creative with experience in identifying target
audiences and delivering digital campaigns that generate leads and engage.
While optimizing user
experience and funnel with a solid data-driven thinking, he/she will work proactively, inspire
colleagues and partners and realize new ideas together in the team.
To the position:
- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns, from concept to execution: you coordinate the
partner Digital Agency in order to generate B2B and B2C leads, and to increase MBE Brand
awareness and engagement.
You measure and report on the performance of all digital
marketing campaigns and assess against goals (kpi's)
- Collaborate with partner agencies in order to maintain and optimize our global and Corporate
websites and landing pages (UX/UI) being responsible for the planning, development and
implementation of SEO and SEM, to increase qualified traffic and conversion.

Blog strategy and content management.
- Be responsible for managing Google (ADS, Search, Display, YouTube) related investments and
strategy, including Yext partnership strategy and the annual action plan
- Track and measure digital kpi's, benchmark performances cross countries, share best practices
and act proactively to improve results.
What you should bring with you:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing with proven skills in the areas
- Solid knowledge of online media and analytics tools; Mastery of Online marketing tools
(e.g.
Yext, Google My Business)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Advanced user of MS Office Products (Excel + PowerPoint), Google Suite (gmail, Google
Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets) and CMS (e.g.
Wordpress, MagNews)
- Graphic core competencies is a plus (i.e., Adobe Suite: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience in B2B markets / services / franchise business is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Experience in people management
- You are an organizational talent with a hands-on mentality
- Availability to travel (up to 25%)
