Digital Marketing Manager Adyen is looking for a data-driven, proactive and collaborative digital marketing manager.
This role will work from our Milan office and report directly to the Head of Marketing Italy.
The digital marketing role is focused on driving impact for Adyen's acquisition efforts of new customers through marketing.
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, setting up and optimizing targeted digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.
What you'll do: Work closely with the global acquisition team to plan, set-up and optimize digital marketing campaigns locally, including web, lifecycle, SEO/SEM, and display advertising to drive full funnel impact.
Execute and optimize a data-driven multi-channel ABM strategy to achieve sales goals and contribute incremental revenue.
Handle local media buying through either direct deals and / or agencies.
Manage digital agency relationship including campaign briefing, day to day communication, challenge media plans, campaign optimisation, budget allocation, evaluations.
Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and ROI analysis of programs and tactics, applying an experimentation mindset.
Manage the localizations and optimizations of the local webpage.
Manage landing page creation, web translations, and local SEO optimization, in collaboration with an external agency.
Manage campaign budgets, analyze past programs and report on performance KPIs.
Establish repeatable processes, templates and best practices for campaign management and growth.
Serve as the expert on the ins-and-outs of demand generation/sponsorship opportunities.
Who you are: 5+ years of experience in a B2B digital marketing role focused on driving the acquisition of net new customers.
Strong background in SEM (both SEO and SEA) and other paid acquisition channels (Social, Display).
Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
Data-driven, analytical mindset.
Experience in working with data-driven optimizations.
Experience with Looker is a plus.
Balance between strategic & hands-on: From developing a strategy to execution and optimization.
A self-starting and self-motivated contributor with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Fluent spoken and written English and Italian is a requirement.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+.
