Digital Marketing Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Develop a digital marketing strategy for the company's brand portfolio to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement new digital activation concepts for the defined focus brands.
Manage the defined digital budget and oversee all digital paid media campaigns (Brand, Social, Content & Performance).
Select and manage the defined digital agencies and provide further development and training to advertising agencies regarding digital.
Plan and implement search (SEA/SEO), content, video, display, and social media measures.
Continuously monitor the implemented measures and closely coordinate appropriate next steps with brand management and corporate communications.
Develop efficiency-enhancing work processes between the defined agencies (classic and digital).
Regularly exchange with external technology providers (Meta, Google, Tiktok etc.) including knowledge transfer to the team and agencies.
Support the development and implementation of holistic activation in eCommerce.
Participate in (international) projects and working groups on digital communication and digitization within the company.
Required Qualifications:
Completed business studies with a focus on marketing/communication.
At least three years of professional experience in online marketing in the areas of eCommerce, performance marketing, search engine optimization, and content marketing.
Deep expertise in relevant online tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster SoMe ad accounts, etc.
Strong sense of digital trends and communication, as well as a high affinity for social media.
Motivated team player.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
