Libraesva is looking for an energetic, focused, and team-orientated Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team across Italy, UK and USA.

What You Will Do Digital Activity Implement the online digital marketing strategy to acquire leads using a mix of search engine marketing (PPC / SEM), online advertising, review sites, paid social, and content syndication Ensure an efficient lead capture and conversion process, creating and optimizing landing pages and other HubSpot assets and processes Oversee performance of website to grow traffic, increase engagement, and drive conversions Test different messaging and advertising ideas, conducting A/B and multivariate tests to empirically make decisions on which approach works Manage digital budget effectively, monitoring spend to ensure campaigns deliver ROI Provide reporting and analytics to enable management and other stakeholders to monitor effectiveness of marketing programs Monitor lead quality and continuously use feedback to improve acquisition programs Provide ongoing communication to internal and external stakeholders Marketing Reporting – report outcomes of activity across all projects, for example, webinar registrations/attendees, etc.
Collaborate with international colleagues to implement relevant campaigns for their region, identify gaps and opportunities Events – Design, implementation and management of corporate events, both virtual or physical.
Channel Marketing – Support Channel team in implementing co-marketing campaigns, supporting partners in the process, communicating assets when needed, following on budget until completion of the process Ad hoc activity – Maintain the Marketing team calendar ensuring it's up-to-date and available, manage regular communication of the calendar with the sales teams Supplier Management - Work closely with marketing agencies, event suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver marketing activity Corporate marketing - Keep up to date with corporate marketing activities e.g.
content (Whitepapers/blogs), website updates, etc.
Requirements 4+ years of relevant B2B technology marketing experience Extensive experience in digital marketing strategy, SEO, email, PPC and display advertising campaigns Experience of working across multiple platforms and channels Strong analytical and reporting skills Able to plan and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment Highly proficient in marketing automation methodology, lead processing, data management and marketing operations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing Detailed working knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress Good working knowledge of MS Office tools Additional Requirements Experience within cyber security or broader tech industries Working in an international team/environment Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics) Experience of social media marketing What you will find in Libraesva A multinational, passionate and inclusive team A flexible, creative and vibrant work environment A great opportunity to grow in a company with a key attention to people Contract Full-time contract Location The role is hybrid, involving office presence and working from home.
