Digital Marketing Internship

Day-to-Day Activities:Operational management of the whole copywriting workflow needed for website and newsletter campaigns:This task requires dealing in a time-sensitive manner with suppliers, providing support and data entry for internal and external operational documents, and collecting approvals/changes from all teams involved in the process.Operational management of translation workflow for 6 languages and alignment with key regions for translation approval.Support the team by collecting all the assets (among all teams involved) suitable for campaign publications on Valentino.com.Support the team by managing projects with the purpose of driving traffic to the store.Support the team by managing and collecting all the assets suitable for subscription activities related to WW events, also requested by regions.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work proactively.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Good ability to work proactively.Passion for Digital.Fluent in English, both written and spoken: this will be tested during the interview process.Appreciated experience in Project Management, Website activities, and Newsletter Campaigns.
