We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive motivated to join the opening team of the Hyatt Regency Rome Termini.
The role will report to the Director of Marketing.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engage our target audience.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement under the guidance of Marketing Director.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Handle content creation activities including photoshoots, videos, menus and other graphics and brand collateral
- Interact with Hyatt corporate marketing and digital team to ensure the correct use of all available resources to drive brand awareness
- Create and maintain engaging content for the company website and other digital platforms.
- Support public relations initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.
**Skills and requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing role.
- Hotel experience on property or with an agency specialized in hospitality
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, and content marketing.
- High propensity and interest in using digital tools including CRM, CMS, Google tools, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English language, both spoken and written
