Posizione We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Digital Marketing & Communication Manager (MATERNITY COVER).THE IMPACT: He/She coordinates digital content creation and social media activities, choosing the best channels to convey messages in order to increase Elica's digital presence.MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Define and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on digital media, SEM, SEO, social media management and CRM (Salesforce).Manage and optimize the performance of web and digital platforms, ensuring an excellent user experience.Coordinate and support cross-functional projects related to digital communication and marketing tools, ensuring alignment with other areas of the company.Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize ongoing strategies.Collaborate with external agencies and digital service providers.
Requisiti Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-haveKnowledge of CMS (Salesforce) will be considered a plusKnowledge of Google Ads/Google analytics will be considered a plusAt least 5 years of previous experience in B2C/B2B contextsProactivity and ability to coordinate teams will complete the profile
