**Digital** **Marketing Automation Lead**
JnJ Medical Devices EMEA is recruiting for a **Digital** **Marketing Automation Lead** in** **Multiple locations across EMEA markets including:
UK (Leeds or Pinewood), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Rome), Belgium (Diegem) & Czech Republic (Prague).
This position is part of our hybrid work model, further flexibility may be considered on a case by case basis and if approved by the company.
As a **Digital** **Marketing Automation Lead**, you will be part of our EMEA Medical Devices Digital Operations Team and lead initiatives to design, implement and deploy Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions across EMEA.
By collaborating with our global, regional, and local Business and Technology partners, our Team provide digital capabilities and solutions for franchises and markets to engage in a seamless way with the right customer, at the right time, using the most appropriate channel to deliver the right message.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Marketing Automation Subject Matter Expert and business owner** your key responsibility is to collaborate with marketing, vendors, and technology teams to shape, deploy and deliver SFMC and CDP solutions across EMEA markets and franchises allowing a seamless, personalized customer engagement, contributing to a better access to information, higher customer satisfaction and positive impact on business outcome.
While mostly focused on delivery, you will be involved across the entire project lifecycle, including design thinking and capturing business needs.
An integral part of your role will be working with clients to further develop their digital marketing expertise through Marketing Cloud usage.
You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise clients in line with Digital Marketing and Customer Segmentation best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately develop best in class use of marketing automation solutions across EMEA markets to improve omnichannel customer engagement and support business development.
**Position duties and responsibilities**:
You will provide expertise to deliver best in class solutions to our regional and local business stakeholders.
- Integrate into customer's (franchise's) business environment to understand their go to market strategy, business needs and opportunities to leverage SFMC & CDP solutions while building positive professional relationships with clients and associates.
- Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels.
Lead engagement planning, budgeting, and business development initiatives

- Develop and drive solutions development with our Technology partners, while ensuring new capabilities fit into omnichannel ecosystem, following a SAFe methodology through the entire project lifecycle.
Starting with design thinking, solution configuration, data migration until implementation to business and markets, communication, users adoption/training and supporting pilots campaigns.
- Close collaborate with external Vendors, agencies, Technology and Business partners as well as different internal stakeholders like Marketing, Communication, Regulatory, Privacy and others.
- Drive best practices sharing and education across EMEA and markets Stakeholders on Digital marketing activities and automation.
- Assist the training of SFMC & CDP users and experts externally or in the market to access and leverage solutions to plan and execute Omnichannel Engagement
- Integrated Digital Marketing: actively interact and connect with all partners over all digital channels and digital marketing capabilities for the sake of a consistent customer experience
- Stay on top of industry news and new technology trends
**Compliance and privacy**:
- Quality management, compliance: Deal with internal processes, regulations, quality standards, documentation.
Understand the different requirements of Regulatory, Compliance and Validation to be covered in the US and outside the US as well as design workflow and quality processes accordingly to balance risk, management and efficiency.
Be familiar with the copy approval processes and can design slim but safe processes accordingly
- Privacy: Master GDPR regulation, its requirements when managing personal data and targeted digital marketing activities across EU but also non-EU markets.
Partner with EMEA and local privacy officers to understand the evolution of regulations and anticipate impact on SFMC, technology and data management.
