The Digital Marketing CRM manager is accountable for the digital strategy, performance of the online campaigns, the development of the digital assets and the CRM activities of the affiliate.Main tasks include:Build digital and CRM strategy for ANI brands (both Retail and Reimbursed business)Launch, monitor and optimize the company Digital Advertising campaigns (e.g.
Google and Social Media) through the support and coordination of Media Agency accountManage media budget with ROI mindsetTrack and analyse campaign performances to improve online advertising efficiencySupport in identifying solutions and make recommendations to improve channel effectivenessSuggest and develop creative effective digital assets, liaising with the agencies as well as internal brand teamWork closely with the commercial eCommerce key account, providing guidance on how to maximize ROAS and digital assetsBuild, develop and champion CRM strategy, ensuring buy-in from all business stakeholdersManage the relationships with media agenciesAct in full coherence with the local law, Abbott policies and proactively respecting legal and OEC proceduresKnowledge and Experience:Proven experience in Digital Roles within the FMCG or Pharma Industry (3-5 years)Previous experience in a media agency is considered a plus (experience with FMCG or Consumer Health business are preferable but not necessary)Deep knowledge of web design and web analytics softwareExperience with Google Campaign Manager and Meta Ads platformExperience in data analysis and reporting (confident in using Google Analytics)Google Ads certification (Search or Display) is strongly preferredKnowledge of Amazon Advertising platform is strongly preferredKnowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered a plusAnalytical and data driven mindset with the ability to translate data into commercially actionable plansExcellent knowledge of Power Point and ExcelCurious to understand the emerging technology and how it can contribute to our successHigh learning agility (mental, results, change and people agility as well as leadership ability)Strong skills in prioritization and executionFluent in EnglishTeamwork mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
