**Who we're looking for**
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Logistics Coordinator to join our supply-chain team in Milan. This role is ideal for those who are excited to gain practical experience in this industry and advance their career.
**Key Responsabilities**
Reporting to the Logistics Manager and the Global Supply Chain Director, your main activities will be:
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met across all Digital platforms (Shopify & Farfetch).
- Monitors DHL Express Commerce platform in liaison with digital team, 3PL and I.T. to ensure all orders on Shopify channel are fulfilled and delivered.
- Arrange and monitor returns from Ecom cutomers to ensure arrival at 3PL, liaising with carriers on any customs queries and with Digital team on any customer queries.
- Provide 3PL with Farfetch AWBs for shipment of orders as per agreed processes.
- Liaise with Digital Team on Farfetch 'Slot' shipments to ensure shipped as per requirements, processed through system correctly and returned as per agreed processes.
- Monitor stock levels for packaging with 3PL and reorder supplies to ensure adequate stock based on sales forecasts and trends.
- Investigation into any stock shortages as reported by 3PL or Digital Team to ensure any variances are resolved and integrity maintained at a high level.
- Create and circulate monthly DHL invoicing reports across Shopify channels.
- Create and circulate daily and weekly reports.
- Driving efficiencies while delivering the highest possible level of service.
- Reducing issues and escalations.
**What you need to succeed**
- Problem-solving skills and decision making attitude.
- Organisational skills, procedural mindset, ability to prioritise.
- Be adaptable to changes and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, formulas, vlookup).
- Ability to manage and report on large volumes of data.
- Systems orientated, with hands on experience using an ERP system.
- Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory.
- Analytical skills, accuracy, and thorough attention to detail.
- Experience working within an international fashion business would be advantageous.
- Be enthusiastic, motivated and a committed self starter with a "can do" attitude.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Have strong commercial acumen.

- Type of contract: The position offers a one-year fixed-term contract, which aligns with the CCNL applied in the company (Terziario-Confcommercio).
