Digital Leader

The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management across the
Performance disciplines on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a
point of escalation as needed.

Job Description: You will: Work closely with Head of Performance, develop and evangelize overall strategy and
approach; Typically work on multiple, large or complex clients and develop overall strategy and
goals for the team; Manage team and lead recruiting efforts for assigned roles.
Own the team
development process to train and develop team abilities; Activate and coordinate a team of specialists based on clients' needs, leading
brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, Paid Social marketing; Proactively look for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches
that will contribute to the clients' success; Manage and maintain client relationships and be the main point of escalation for client
issues.
Requirements: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Communication or similar fields; 5+ years of experience in PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and know how to scale each channel; Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Proven analytical and quantitative ability; Problem-solving and data-centric approach; Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills; High attention to detail; Ability to work within strict deadlines; Interest in digital technology and experience using the latest marketing stack tools; Effective time management; Strong strategic thinking; Team working and collaborative attitude; Autonomy and self-motivation; Excellent knowledge of English language.
