Within our Digital Transformation & Customer Experience Team, we are looking for a **Salesforce Automation Junior Product Owner** **to join our Corporate Customer Sales Operations Team**.
**He/She will support the Salesforce Automation Product Owner in the daily activities as key player for the development, delivery and adoption of our SFA platform across all EMEA markets.
SFA is the most important digital tool for our 300+ EMEA sales reps in their daily activities, so this role is going to be key to support one of the most important order channel and to re-shape our go-to-market execution.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Create the platform planning and roadmap
- Understand users' perspective and translate their needs into platform requirements
- Managing the project following the Agile methodology
- Developing user stories and manage the backlog
- Prioritize the new features / requirements to develop
- Collaborate with local Sales Operations Teams in the markets to gather requirements and align the roadmap accordingly
- Facilitate Omnichannel Experience
- Support the adoption process through communication initiatives
- Interact and collaborate with all relevant departments contributing to the design and implementation of the new platform (ICT, Master Data, Sales, Brand )
**Skills and knowledge**:
- Excellent English (any other language will be a plus)
- Experience with Digital tools (Salesforce preferred) will be a plus
