You will manage the data of the department, doing analysis and demand forecasting. You will define processes assuring the compliance of the company policies, define KPI and monitor department performances highlighting criticalities and areas of improvement. You will play a pivotal role in bringing innovation, leading projects, and being the interface with stakeholders. You have a passion for digital technology and customer experience. Get things right To achieve our goals, you will engage with various stakeholders, playing a key role in keeping track of any gaps and mapping them to avoid reductions in scope. Thanks to your project management skills, you will organize and lead work activities within critical path timelines, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently. What makes you unique Your interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills will enable you to interface effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels. You will demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize your workload in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization. You have previous experience in managing projects in a digital product environment for at least 1 year. An academic background in Economics, IT, Business, or a Scientific field has been your starting point. A course in Project Management represents a plus. Your passion and enthusiasm in facing new challenges, proposing solutions, leading projects, and working in a team is essential in this role.
