We are currently looking for an exceptional Digital Finance for Inclusion and Sustainability Professor.

You will teach our students enrolled in the second year of Bsc in Digital Economics Finance.
Indicative module content Digital Finance - the new tools (e.g.
AI, Decentralised Finance, Blockchain).
New developments and challenges for the financial sector.
New banking model for sustainable finance: the role of AI, Big Data and the rise of challenger banks.
The contribution of finance to sustainable development.
Wealth management and investment selection.
The revolution of payments and financing (e.g.
Blockchain, NFT).
Central banks, digital currencies and the support to sustainability.
The role of regulation in sustainable and inclusive finance.
Qualifications Requested A relevant master's degree or PhD qualification (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a focus on digital finance or sustainable finance).
Resident in Italy - Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA).
Immaculate police check(s).
Fluent English: reading, speaking, writing (Common European Framework of Reference - CEFR level C1-C2).
Contract Duration 1st term (September-February) 36h of teaching + assessment week Experience A minimum of two years of recent and relevant experience in a university environment.
Relevant teaching experience within the subject area(s).
Evaluate and provide regular feedback on students' exercises, projects and examinations.
Specialist skills knowledge.
Proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs.
Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and resources effectively to enhance learning.
Planning and organisational skills.
Personal qualities and desired attitudes In addition to relevant qualifications, experience, and skills, we're looking for professors who are: Passionate about their subject areas and able to engender the same enthusiasm in students.
Positive and have worked to develop respectful relationships with colleagues and students.
Dependable in all areas of the role.
Flexible, and able to adapt to new environments and cultures.
Able to contribute to and support life at H-FARM College through involvement in activities and events and participation in our thriving community.
