Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers. The Digital Experience Specialist, based in our Milan office, will contribute in managing the Explora digital content strategy, bringing life to the online presence of our brand.
Responsibilities:Oversee the use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to update, manage, and optimize web pages, microsites, and landing pages;Ensure that content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines;Manage content update workflows and approvals across departments and stakeholders within AEM;Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and project management teams to ensure smooth and timely content delivery;Implement SEO best practices and content optimisations in collaboration with the SEO agency;Monitor AEM performance, ensuring system efficiency and proposing improvements;Conduct testing (UAT, A/B) to ensure content quality and performance across devices and platforms. Minimum Requirements:At least 3 years' experience in a similar Digital Content Management role, preferably in the luxury or luxury hospitality/travel industry;Fluent in oral and written English; any other European language is considered a plus;Strong practical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); Adobe Experience Manager Site Business Practitioner certification is a plus;Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus;Master's degree in Business Administration/marketing/digital or related fields is considered an advantage;Strong accountability skills to deliver with excellence;Strong organizational skills, know how to navigate in a matrix organization;Openness to travel up to 10% of the time, mostly to Geneva HQ.
