Your Team, Your Impact Marvell's high-speed DSPs are the industry's leading force in building a PAM/Coherent ecosystem and developing low-power, high-performance solutions for cloud data center infrastructure, service provider, AI networks, enterprise and 5G.
We are looking for a candidate who will be part of a highly skilled, dynamic team developing the next generation of Marvell's high-speed PAM/Coherent DSPs and working on next generation PHY designs developed in most advanced CMOS technologies. What You Can Expect You will have the opportunity to use digital design and verification tools to perform digital design tasks spanning from HDL design, lint, digital verification, DFT design, synthesis, static timing analysis, power analysis, and at different levels in the design. You will be also exposed to coding in scripting languages such as TCL, perl, python and Unix shell languages. What you will do:
You will familiarize with high-speed parallel DSP architectures and solutions. You will work on parallel DSP functions optimization and simulation/validation. You will have the opportunity to analyze parallel DSP challenges and compare/explore different optimization options. You will work closely with other groups, Architecture/Validation/SW, collaborating to optimize device solutions. You will be exposed to an international environment, interacting with teams from multiple locations around the world. Skills you'll learn:
You will be introduced to state-of-the-art Parallel DSP and PHY design. You will learn and apply state of the art digital design and verification concepts and techniques. You will be introduced to most advanced digital DFT practices. You will be introduced to Static timing analysis concepts and apply them. You will familiarize with most advanced CMOS technologies. What We're Looking For Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields Must be a last-year master's student of Electronics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a similar technical field, enrolled at an accredited Italian university or a recent (graduated in the last 12 months) master's graduate. Basic knowledge of Digital Design Basic knowledge of design verification and DFT (Design for Test) is a plus Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing is a plus Good communication skills in English, written and spoken #LI-AB1
