YOUR ROLE The candidate will implement automatic layout flow (Placement and Routing) of complex NVM Controllers in the most advanced ST proprietary CMOS technology with embedded NVM based on Phase Change Memory, like 18nm FDSOI. Interaction with NVM Analog Designers and Microcontroller SoC Product Back End and Front End design teams will be daily based.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Basic knowledge of RTL to Layout flowsKnowledge of Synopsys and Cadence tools for Place and Route digital flows implementation is appreciated.We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
