YOUR ROLE The candidate will implement automatic layout flow (Placement and Routing) of complex NVM Controllers in the most advanced ST proprietary CMOS technology with embedded NVM based on Phase Change Memory, like 18nm FDSOI. Interaction with NVM Analog Designers and Microcontroller SoC Product Back End and Front End design teams will be daily based.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor's degree Basic knowledge of RTL to Layout flows Knowledge of Synopsys and Cadence tools for Place and Route digital flows implementation is appreciated.
