**The Position**
In this position you will support with an End-to-End approach the Head of Multichannel Customer Engagement, by planning, implementing, and delivering successful digital and multichannel activities across all therapeutic areas.
Main tasks & responsibilities include:
- Contribute proactively to Multichannel pieces of content creation
- Keep the focus on Health Care Providers digital offer updating and improving web services and communication.
- Support Multichannel Engagement activities across all therapeutics areas
- Follow and support communication with external agencies and internal services (Content HUB and Execution Service) to ensure great plans execution.
- Manage and update reports for Digital activities KPIs monitoring and metrics assessment.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful for this role you should have excellent written & verbal communication coupled with strong problem-solving, curiosity and dynamic personality.
Furthermore:
- Ongoing studies with focus in Digital Marketing and/or Digital Communication
- Customer and result oriented mindset
- Confident in digital channels usage
Team working skills with the ability to build strong cross functional relationships
- Fluent Italian & English Language
