Move with us for a better world!Your RoleAs Digital Content Specialist you will take part in the Content Operation Team playing a crucial role in ensuring the upload, quality and localization of contents within Technogym's Digital Ecosystem.
You will also relate with all the Digital colleagues and other departments involved like the Marketing and the factory.Your ImpactCoordination the material collection activities related to the type of content to be managed, supporting the teams involved, in compliance with the agreed planning and publication timelines.Upload, tag, and maintenance of digital content on various platforms (CMS, CRM, Support, Lokalise, etc.
).Test of activities on different touchpoints, in their various versions and variants, before proceeding with or authorizing the content delivery into production.Content delivery within the expected timeframes and in compliance with quality requirements.Management and support of the partners in delivering their content through the use of the adopted Technogym platforms (CMS, CRM, etc.)
for uploading and delivery.Definition and management of various activities with external agencies (e.g., localization, subtitling…) in compliance with quality standards, timelines, and costs.Contribution to identifying platform improvements (CMS, CRM, …) with the aim of optimizing loading processes and quality control, providing support to teams involved in developing such features.Analysis of data on published content and its usage, sharing this information with other departments involved (Marketing, Factory).Management of the editorial schedule and content distribution planning in relation to Product priorities (Exercises, Routines, Sessions, Formats, and Wellness Magazine, ...) and marketing strategies.About You+3 years of experience in CMS Management.MSc or BD degree in communication or similar.Previous experience in Digital Content Creation.Data Analysis Tools (Looker, Power BI, Excel, ..).Project Management Tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, …).CMS tools knowledge (contentful, wordpress, atom… ) and CRM knowledge (Salesforce, …).Campaign tools knowledge (hubspot, firebase,…).Ability to be resourceful and responsive in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence.Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with strong accountability managing their own tasks.Strong communication and analytical skills.Proficiency in English Language (C1).Excellent organizational skills.Problem solving and goal-oriented approach.Excellent communication skills.Experience with CMS content management.Basic Knowledge of SEO.Technogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
