YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Digital Content Management Intern!
The team's mission is to define and develop tools for content management and establish a content distribution strategy that effectively presents our products with the right storytelling to the appropriate target audience. Our ultimate goal is to support sales, innovate processes, and enhance the in-store customer experience.
The Digital Content Management Assistant will be involved in:
Product development activitiesContent definition and distributionSupport to subsidiaries on local content managementMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the team in content platforms development and roll out from requirements definition phase, UAT, to training on the platform for final usersManage contents on content management system, EDM and other campaigns on CRM tool and set surveysEnsure content cross-platform mapping and strategic distributionDevelop digital tools guidelines and templates to be shared with subsidiaries, collaborating with the digital marketing team to manage corporate calendar, templates and communication guidelines creation and maintenanceSupport wholesale subsidiaries on digital contents managementCreate storytelling of new functionalities and digital platforms enhancements or new launch: brief creation for video teaser, video tutorial in collaboration with Leonardo and general communication materialsCollaborate with data analytics team to monitor the initiatives audience and their effectiveness in terms of sales or tools usage increaseMAIN REQUIREMENTS: Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBasic knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms for newsletter campaignsFamiliarity with survey toolsBasic copywriting and communication skillsFamiliarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics)Creative and analytical abilitiesWhat's in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
