This role involves developing and implementing compliance programs, assessing risks, and maintaining policies related to data privacy and security throughout a very intensive and proactive engagement and involvement of the Digital domains.
The contribution to the Digital Process development continuous evolution has to be considered as a key activity.What you will do:Compliance Programs: Develop and manage control systems to prevent violations of laws and internal policies.
Understanding cybersecurity related and data regulations and standards, conducting gap analysis for the products, and directing the development team to include secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles.Policy Development: Cooperate with Group functions (Group Information Security office, Group Data Protection officer and contribute in reviewing company policies related to digital compliance such as a security-by-design and privacy-by-designRisk Assessment: Evaluate risks associated with digital processes and technologies.
Coordinate activities for assessment of risks in the organization and coordinate gap analysis with application projects risk assessment from digital legislation requirementsData Privacy: Ensure compliance with data protection principles and privacy laws.
Coordinate with group functions including data Policy officer,Audit Response: Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate employees on compliance matters.Cooperation: coordinate and collaborate with Group Function on Product Safety and Compliance for implementation of group criteria and process of complianceParticipation in external regulatory organizations and lobbying associations: such as APPLiA in Europe, AHAM in North America to coordinate proper tracking and advocacy on behalf of Electrolux for digital matters.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in, electronics engineering and related fields.Skills: Legal knowledge, risk assessment, cybersecurity and data privacy expertise, cybersecurity governance, cybersecurity compliance, cybersecurity project management, and the application of secure-by-design principles to projects and strong communication skills.
Electronics, cloud and app development knowledge is a plus.Experience: Prior experience in compliance, audit, or legal roles.Location:This is a full-time position, based in Italy: Porcia, Assago, Forli or Poland: Warsaw.
