In order to strengthen our Marketing Team, we are looking to hire a Digital Communication Expert, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and coordination of the digital communication program for Ferrari in Europe in collaboration with the European communication team, reporting to the Europe & Africa Head of Communication. You will develop digital communication contents and campaigns, social media editorial plans, and customer omnichannel communications, supporting the needs of Ferrari Europe & Africa markets and the Official Dealers network, while tracking the performances in all the regional digital channels.
The main responsibilities will be:
Collaborate with Ferrari HQ digital and social team to ensure seamless adoption of central strategy and contents at a local level.Define digital communication plans for the Regional offices and dealers through all Ferrari channels leveraging Ferrari strategy and official contents accordingly with business goals.Develop and nurture the whole Europe & Africa editorial plan on different channels with a focus on Dealer network social media channels.Be responsible for new contents development to support Ferrari Brand and product communication at a local level, in continuous HQ coordination.Drive implementation of customer communication campaigns through Ferrari official channels (Website, Newsletter, MyFerrari App, Social media channels).Create and execute integrated campaigns, monitoring and tracking performance and results.Develop existing and new communication channels to increase the awareness of specific products and marketing activations.Ensure the coverage of relevant Regional events through Ferrari Websites and social media (both official channels and dealers channels).Be responsible for Social campaigns implementation with specific commercial targets.Plan, develop and implement SEO and SEM strategy with a focus on Ferrari Dealer official digital channels.Monitor the performances of all communication channels and activities through Analytics tools and recurring reports.Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs.In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master's degree in digital marketing, communication, or similar and you will have gained at least 3 years dedicated experience within the Digital Communication area. Knowledge of Project Management and Web Project Management methodologies are mandatory. The ability to manage and coordinate the entire digital project is required.
