THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Digital Catalogue Specialist to join the Digital Business team. You will report to the Digital Catalogue Coordinator and support in all Online Catalogue activities across different platforms for several brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DOOperational management of the e-commerce platform and development of commercial activities to achieve business objectivesManaging the catalogue (products, pages, images, text, etc.), promotions and campaigns according to the activities defined in the commercial calendarSupporting the creation of the commercial calendar and its execution via the platformAnalyzing the main KPIs, suggesting potential actions to increase the conversion rate through weekly and monthly reportingWorkflow management and retro-planning for campaign go-liveAnalyzing and tracking digital competitorsMonitoring the performance of the site and related plugins, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly addressing any bugs for resolutionCoordinating the activities of the development team, prioritizing open tasks and adhering to agreed release schedulesWHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or related field2+ years experience in a similar roleStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint), good knowledge of Google Analytics is considered a strong plusAble to work in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Italian and English, this will be tested in the selection process
