We are looking for a **Digital Business Program Management **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Chief Marketing & Sales Officer.**
You will be responsible to lead the execution and guarantee the success of our Digital Business program, acting as crucial link between different business units, the IT department, and our digital partners. Your role will involve spearheading change management initiatives throughout our Headquarters, Regional offices, and Dealer Network and drive Sales & Marketing Digital Innovation.
Your main activities will be:
- Digital Business Program Execution:
- Leading and driving the execution of the Digital Business program, overseeing the development, implementation & success of digital products and services
- Focus on CRM, Order Management, Service & Warranty Management, and Dealer Management domains
- Providing regular updates to leadership on program progress, monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Organizing and facilitating the digital ceremonies execution (Status, Steering, Sprint Planning), it includes Presentations, Demos and Meeting Minutes
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring change management and training strategies to ensure the successful adoption and integration of digital products and services
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to measure the success and impact of digital business programs
- Digital Business Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including all the Sales, Marketing & Aftersales business units, regional subsidiaries as well as IT department, VW Group stakeholders & Digital Partners to ensure alignment with business goals
- Acting as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure effective communication and understanding of business requirements
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing Digital Innovation
- Performing Scouting end evaluation of new Digital Trends and Services
- Performing Positioning & Benchmarking assessments
- Facilitating the identification of new ideas supporting the execution of Digital Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilots
**About you**
- University Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or a related field
- 5-7 years' Experience in Digital Product / Program Management
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and change management
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Data)
- Excellent usage of Office pack and communication tool
- Excellent usage of Project Management tools
- Knowledge of Reporting & Analytics tools
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
