**THE ROLE**
As a Junior Digital Business Analyst & Planner you will be contributing to the growth of the e-commerce revenue streams for New Guards Group brands.
This role will be in charge of all the analysis for all the digital channels and you will be a huge support for the Planning activities.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
Updating weekly/Monthly/Yearly Dashboards and monitor all the KPIs related to the digital business performances
Monitor budget/forecast performances, both at Topline and category level
Interpreting all the reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in order to provide actions to further support performances
Creating ad-hoc analysis based on specific business needs to support strategic decision-making
Support to all the planning activities (mainly, OTB, BDG, Latest Views)
Be an insightful support to the Planning activities
**WHO YOU ARE**
Around 1 year of experience in similar field (experience in Digital will be a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
Good comprehension of Digital Business logic
Strong Passion for Fashion&Luxury Sector
Strong analytical mindset and financial acumen, detail and numbers oriented
Keen in delivering results and problem-solving attitude
Advanced computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Looker is a Plus
Excellent communication and deadline-management abilities.
Positive and adaptable attitude
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
