Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Digital Assurance Product Manager Posting Date: 9 Aug 2024 City: Genova Location: Genova, IT, 16128 Roma, IT, 144 Rozzano, IT, 20089 Contract Type: Permanent Division: Value Chain, Quality and Sustainability Product Management Level of experience: Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a Digital Assurance Product Manager to join its office in Milan, Genoa or Rome, Italy within the Value Chain, Quality and Sustainability Product Management Division.MissionAs a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our product portfolio, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful introduction and management of services.Key AccountabilitiesThe main accountability of the role are:Support the definition of digitalization strategies to promote and develop the Certification BU efficiency and business performance;Support the innovation process related to the design and development of Certification Digital Services dedicated to the clients;Monitor the digital trends to discover new technological and digital approaches that can improve Certification value proposition and business performance;Take part in feasibility analysis, prepare business cases, and develop necessary documentation;Ensure scalability of new and existing services, including IT configuration and providing relevant training;Collect and define digital and certification process requirements;Act as PM or as a member of the development team;Develop digital solutions by monitoring and taking care of the time to market effectiveness;Cooperate with the Global Integrated Digital Services Department to ensure applications and tools are up to date and delivered on time;Support the Commercial Department in the Certification Digital Services sales process and the Operations in the Certification Digital Services Delivery;Leverage the value of data through targeted analytics, the design and development of analytics dashboards, and the use of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence;Collaborate to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the service portfolio and customer management.EducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering General.Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in product management or a related role, such as project management, marketing, or software development.Experience in the TIC (Test, Inspection and Certification) industry/sector is preferred.Demonstrable success in bringing products to market, managing product lifecycle, and achieving business objectives.Understanding of products/services lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch optimization.Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and understanding customer needs.Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.Capacity to understand customer needs.Ability to develop and execute a product/service vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.Good understanding of business principles, including financial metrics, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.With over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
