Digital Asset Project Manager

ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB The candidate who will be hired in the role of Digital Asset Project Manager will coordinate the activities linked to the team of Digital Assets. These activities will be mainly related to projects traceable to the roadmap of integration of the EOD and GV worlds.
The role covers both the management of the relational part, which will also have to be considered towards higher levels (management), as well as operational, with the ability to liaise with the Digital Asset team leaders in the definition of the strategic part (in charge of the DA) and creation of new flows (where required) within existing structures.
Another important feature that the person who will cover this role will have is the knowledge of architectural structure in order to ensure coordination with the technical area for necessary development.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Coordinating DA-side integration projects: managing meetings, coordinating alignment activities with key stakeholders, creating and maintaining documentation of each project, tracking KPIs and any cost/opportunity impacts.Creation of new flows where necessary, coordinating with the Technical Area/IT, and without neglecting all stakeholders possibly impacted by the implementation of the new flowsPORTRAIT OF THE CANDIDATE: Educational Background in EconomicsAt least 3 years of experience in the project management roleFluency in EnglishProblem-solvingExcellent knowledge of Office package, PowerPoint presentations, ExcelExpository and organizational skills in terms of managing prioritiesCreation of project plans (GANTT) and the ability to understand how to manage retro-planningWHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
