Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB The candidate who will be hired in the role of Digital Asset Project Manager will coordinate the activities linked to the team of Digital Assets.
These activities will be mainly related to projects traceable to the roadmap of integration of the EOD and GV worlds.The role covers both the management of the relational part, which will also have to be considered towards higher levels (management), as well as operational, with the ability to liaise with the Digital Asset team leaders in the definition of the strategic part (in charge of the DA) and creation of new flows (where required) within existing structures.Another important feactures that will have the person who will cover this role, will be the knowledge of architectural structure in order to ensure coordination with technical area for necessary development.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Coordinating DA-side integrations projects: managing meetings, coordinating alignment activities with key stakeholders, creating and maintaining documentation of each project, tracking KPI's and any cost/opportunity impacts.
Creation of new flows where necessary, coordinating with Technical Area/IT, and without neglecting all stakeholders possibly impacted by the implementation of the new flows PORTRAIT OF THE CANDIDATE: Educational Background in Economics At least 3 years of experience in the project management role Fluency in English Problem solving Excellent knowledge of Office package ,power point x presentations, Excel Expository, and organizational skills in terms of managing priority Creation of project plans (GANTT) and ability to understand how to manage retro-planning WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
