**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Supports as PM the integration process of all the e-commerce Essilor platforms.
Manages the 3 field of activity:
- The business ecommerce dynamics and tools
- The IT process, projects and system developments
- The operational field with all the various interactions both facing the customer and the company (CS, logistics, fulfillment )
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:
- Project Management of E-Commerce integration initiatives, related to organization, infrastructure, operations and Customer Service
- Reference point with Luxottica IT team within E-Commerce team for what concern the various web platforms and sites (front end, back end, middleware, integrations with SAP and other legacy systems - EZ project)
- Support the mapping of the activities within the various Essilor ecommerce in order to right size and to centralize
- Define a manage a road map of activities including the organization field coordinating with IT developments and replat forming and operations decisions
- Support as a pivot for the complete success of the centralization, both IT and Ops
- On day by day, drive and coordinate activities across E-Commerce, Organization, IT, Operations teams Ensure to ensure that issues are appropriately prioritized and resolved based on business impact
- Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and Essilor teams
- Develop strong working relationships with partners and vendor team
**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- Proven Project Management methodology, experience in resource management to ensure project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Project management experience involving operational experience related to managing web enabled technologies
- Digital Commerce specific experience (navigation, user experience, e-commerce principles)
- Deep knowledge of systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
- Technical background focused on Digital Platforms (E-Commerce front end, order management system, Content Management, CRM, Middleware, SAP)
- Deep experience with managing and providing direction for IT roadmaps
- Used to work in multinational environment
- Analytical skills (business intelligence, reporting, KPI)
- Ability to interact with multiple groups to gather information and gain consensus on goals.
- Superior prioritizing, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical Stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
