JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Web Analystin support of oure-commerce businessteams. He/she will beassigned to one of our brands. The candidate will support the digital analyst supervisor in the related brandonline-behavioral data and KPIs.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Toguide the Business teamwith digital analytics analyses and insights aboute-commerce websitesperformance, and to drive them in selecting actionable opportunities. To assist the Business team in understanding the business trends, customer's behaviors, impact of online marketing tactics and campaigns, site changes and their impacts, frictions, events and other key drivers of website performance.
To support with all thee-commerce functional teams(content, merchandising, marketing) to report on performance or to correct tactic decisions to optimize their activities.
To be the main reference point for theonline-behavioral data governance, to set the proper way to pull and read data, to build reports, to define or select KPIs, to monitor the analytics integration status.
Totranslate datainto a concise and digestible format to support the teams on improving the website results.
To supervise the analytics impact of any website release deployed to production environment, withdebugging and data QAactivities.
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL:Analytics team members and all the other teams surrounding the digital environment such as: Business, Marketing, CRM, Content, CRO, UX, Omnichannel, Product.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
Must have:
Strong analytical skills and passionate about numbers
Strong problem-solving attitude, intuitive and inquisitive self-starter with passion for ecommerce and technology
Excellent written and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate analysis to both technical and not technical teams.
Ability to work independently as well as a proactive team player, ease with dynamic and fast changing environments, able to juggle concurrent priorities with a sense of urgency.
Proficient with Excel and Power Point
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of digital analytics is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Browser Console is considered a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML (for debugging purpose) is considered a plus.
