Requirements Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms. Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents. Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices. Daily use of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. Daily use of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis. Daily use of tools for user experience intelligence (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Clarity, Lucky Orange…). Daily use of tools for experimentation and personalization (VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Convert…). Understanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics. Hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS. Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written. Fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written. About You A clear inclination for continuous learning. Great attention to detail. Creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box. Effective time management with the ability to balance competing priorities. Strong presentation abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Strong organizational abilities. Considered as a Plus Experience with niche digital analytics tools (Piwik Pro, Piano Analytics…). Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI…). Experience with Data Analysis in Python or R. Experience with a Consent Management Platform and/or with common technical privacy issues.
