PositionWe have an exciting opportunity to join the advertising team in Witailer, the marketplace optimization and data analytics brand of Retex, as a Digital Advertising Lead. If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving ambitious results, this is the right role and place for you. As a Digital Advertising Lead, you will support our clients in maximizing revenue while optimizing ROI on advertising investments.
The Role You Will Play: Advertising Strategy Development: You will define the advertising strategy for clients, focusing on both paid search and display (programmatic) advertising. From keyword and product research to campaign creation on the Amazon Advertising platform, you will implement strategies that drive performance.
Campaign Management: You will actively manage pay-per-click/search and display (programmatic) campaigns. Your role includes executing and optimizing these campaigns to improve clients' ROAS, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, search ranking, discoverability, and visibility on the Amazon shelf.
Performance Analysis: You will analyze and monitor campaign performance against objectives, providing recommendations and insights to exceed client expectations. Staying abreast of new Amazon Advertising feature releases, you will decide how best to integrate them into current client strategies to deliver further value.
Budget Management: You will manage advertising budgets and forecast key metrics such as sales growth and ROAS, ensuring that investments are optimized for maximum return.

Educational and Professional Mastery: A Bachelor's degree, along with approximately 4 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or e-commerce, will provide a solid foundation for the tasks at hand. Direct experience in Digital Advertising, campaign monitoring, optimization, and data analysis is a strong plus.
Technical Fluency: Proven use of Excel (Pivot Table and complex analysis), PowerPoint, and Google apps is essential. Previous experience with Display Advertising and PPC is preferred.
Interpersonal Savvy: As a team player with a strong willingness to cooperate and bring value to the project, your excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that advertising insights are shared and understood across the organization.
Initiative and Organization: With strong attention to detail, proactivity, and motivation for achieving results, you will thrive in our dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
Linguistic Agility: Fluency in English and Italian is required to contribute to our international culture and diverse workplace.
