Job Description : Nell'ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team, Havas Media Network è attualmente alla ricerca di una figura Digital Activation Manager. La risorsa si inserirà all'interno del team Client Management Hub e darà il suo supporto nella gestione dei clienti assegnati e per l'implementazione di servizi di consulenza, con particolare attenzione a coloro focalizzati su attività a Performance Principali responsabilità : Gestione day by day: supporto alla gestione cliente riguardante tutte le attività digitali a performance, in costante dialogo con il Digital Hub incaricato della gestione ed ottimizzazione delle campagne. Riporto diretto ai Client Director/consultant della Business Unit; Gestione strategica: sviluppo di strategie e specifiche tattiche per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi della campagna (lead, vendite, traffico etc). Identificazione dei parametri chiave e definizione di percorsi atti al miglioramento delle attività. Implementazione di Best Practice, Enhanced Campaigns e condivisione delle innovazioni. Requisiti : Laurea o cultura equivalente; esperienza minima di 3/4 anni in ambito digital media adv, preferibilmente con focus specifico su performance advertising; Competenza tecnica preferibile sui seguenti strumenti: Adwords, Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads e Amazon Search, Facebook Ads; MS Office (avanzato); Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Pensiero analitico; Spiccato orientamento ai risultati; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottime doti di relazione e comunicazione, attitudine al teamwork; Autonomia operativa; Capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività.
