We offer a fixed-term contract on a part-time basis with scheduled working hours 16 – 20.


YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE: Entering, updating, and managing data in databases or information systems Delivering of warehouse documentation required for pick-ups and deliveries Managing data exchanges between clients and Arcese through different information systems Verifying data accuracy and completeness for data integrity Reviewing and processing freight documentation Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for data collection Maintaining data confidentiality and security WHO YOU ARE: You are proactive and dynamic You are a strong team player You are proficient with Microsoft Office You are an excellent problem solver with analytical skills You are able to manage complexity and stress You have excellent verbal and written communication skills DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
