We are looking for a Dietician to be included in our central offices in Vicenza for the management of activities related to the preparation of menus and special diets and the preparation of food education projects for school contracts related to school and company catering services in Vicenza and the province.
The appropriately trained resource will have the opportunity to learn notions of hygiene and food safety, implementing the self-control procedures in place and verifying the correct application of the procedures at the cooking center and external terminals.In particular, the resource will be responsible for:Preparation of personalized menus and special diets;Definition of seasonal menus in compliance with existing specifications;Control of compliance with the packaging and distribution procedures of special diets;Development of food education projects and participation in canteen commissions;Inspections of customers to check the correct application of sanitary procedures and management of any non-conformities detected.We require:Degree in dietetics or similar with registration in the relevant register;Knowledge of HACCP and food safety;Previous experience in collective catering is a plus;Strong motivation to get involved in a dynamic working environment;Problem solving ability and flexibility in managing unexpected events.Direct hiring in the company with a fixed-term contract aimed at stabilizing the position.About usOrganizational culture oriented towards innovation and continuous improvement;Possibility of using, at a symbolic price, the company restaurant or similar;Support for psychological well-being through an online platform that operates anonymously and confidentially, also available to family members;Continuous technical and transversal training policy both in person and with a dedicated e-learning platform.
