Dietitian – Bolzano

We are looking for a dietitian to join our team in Bolzano.
The person will be included in a team of dieticians, quality insurers and operational managers in the area to: the definition of seasonal menus; the management and formulation of special diets; will support in the supervision of production and service processes on the various production/distribution complexes; will liaise with clients' dietary services; will manage the training of operational staff in HACCP and food safety assisted with the manager.
