Dietitian – Bolzano

We are looking for a dietitian to join our team in Bolzano. The person will be included in a team of dieticians, quality insurers and operational managers in the area to:
the definition of seasonal menus;the management and formulation of special diets;will support in the supervision of production and service processes on the various production/distribution complexes;will liaise with clients' dietary services;will manage the training of operational staff in HACCP and food safety assisted with the manager. area quality;will manage customer complaints and non-compliance with suppliers;carrying out internal audits to verify compliance with food safety procedures.Features and requirements:
In-depth knowledge of dietary principles in different life stagesExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsneighboring residencemastery of the German languageDirect hiring.
