Job Title: Diabetes Sales Representative – Napoli Assigned territory: Regions and/or Provinces Organization Overview: Lilly has been a global leader in diabetes care since 1923, when we introduced the world's first commercial insulin. We've come a long way over the last century, including our latest innovation – the first new class of type 2 diabetes medicines in more than a decade. But we're not stopping there. As the prevalence of diabetes continues to grow around the world, we need new approaches to transform care, improve treatment access and provide education to those navigating this disease every day. The needs of people with type 2 diabetes continue to evolve over time, and treatment approaches need to reflect that. Our cutting-edge research is focused on disrupting the progression of the disease to improve care and outcomes — allowing people with diabetes to live full, active, and healthy lives.
The role of Sales Representative is constantly evolving, with a marked focus on fully understanding the business to which it belongs and on planning activities on his/her area of responsibility; an integrated approach is required, which leverages on multi-channel solutions and interactions, with a good mix between personal interaction and virtual touchpoints with customers. The main purpose is to create a positive customer experience by identifying key needs and offering valuable solutions to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities: Understanding of the relevant healthcare ecosystem, Health Care Providers, payors, patients flow, pathologies and therapeutic options, Lilly resources available to the Sales Representative, Lilly procedures and policies.Planning through a complete and effective analysis of the reference area and customers, using available data and approved resources to efficiently prioritize activities. Planning must be effective, measurable, and integrated with the activities of other Lilly colleagues in the same territory.Execution of the tactics through collaboration with other team members to create a positive experience and value for the customer, using resources and a multi-channel approach and achieving appropriate Key Performance Indicators.Requirements: Scientific Degree (D.Lgs. 219/2006)English proficiency (at least B2)Previous experience as ISF / Product SpecialistAdditional Skills/Preferences: Strong learning agility, self-motivation, and resilienceStrong communication and analytical/logical skillsStrong ability to work cross functionally on patient-focused dialogueCompetitive Selling SkillsExcellent Account management skill and resource planningExcellent ability of hybrid engagementAdditional Information: Requested place of leaving: Napoli, Campania
