This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are looking to take next step in their career to oversee full cycle of planning /supply chain processes.The LOGISTICS ANALYST will ensure the steady flow of goods through business to markets and the fulfilment and shipment of orders according to the designated time frame.The position will report to DG Beauty Logistics Specialist.Main Activities And Responsibilities:Main function: Responsible for the day to day management of the logistics function, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely management of carriage, using approved vendors for Imports and Exports.Role responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the flow of goods, in inbound and outbound, ensuring timely delivery to customers and efficient distribution of products;Track shipments across multiple channels;Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with Customs requirements.Address any logistical challenges or disruptions promptly to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.Reverse logisticsRequirements:Bachelor or Master's Degree required2 years of experience in similar positionStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Familiarity with SAP and Power BI will be a plusSkills And Abilities:Ability to handle high volume data, manual tasks, fast paced environment, comply with deadlines, and to follow instructions.Trustworthy, able to manage confidential information, and maintain a professional attitude.Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
