Job Description Department: Technology/DevOps Manager: Public cloud manager Role: DevOps Engineer Status: Long term position Location: Bari – remote a few days a week is possible Mobility: Rare Talentia has started a major transformation and modernization of its RD.
As part of this project, we are setting up a DevOps team whose role is to build, in collaboration with the other technical teams (software delivery and infrastructure management), the new public cloud architecture for our international SaaS offerings as well as for all internal RD needs.
The DevOps engineer is able to manage mission-critical cloud infrastructures with a developer approach, including for example infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, automated tests.
The DevOps engineer must have prior experience in the use of public clouds (preferably Azure) as well as in the use of containers, ideally cloud-native architectures such as Kubernetes.
He/she is proficient in several technologies of the cloud DevOps universe among those of Azure automation with ARM and Bicep, Ansible, GitHub actions, APM tools, ELK stack, Grafana… Missions Define, build and manage the PaaS for Talentia's products and customers Help define the Cloud strategy and associated platforms, as well as available stacks Set up: Modern state-ot-the art practices like infrastructure-as-code, GitOps and DevSecOps a self-service desk for RD, PSO and SaaS teams the one-click deployment of any Talentia product, in multi-tenant mode an automated approach to infrastructure management state-of-the-art cloud security aligned with Talentia's commitments Evangelize DevOps and SRE practices and tools to internal teams Skills Public Cloud Infrastructure Management Containerization of complex applications Software development best practices DevOps, GitOps and SRE Best Practices Creation of SaaS and serverless solutions Qualities Good level of written and spoken English to work in an international team Rigor and pragmatism Autonomy and initiative.
