DEVOPS ENGINEER Job Overview We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to develop and maintain our deployment infrastructure and automation framework in our ICs Engineering team in Modena, currently focused on the development of our IC software solutions and tools.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the build and deployment of services and tools for internal departments and external customers.
You will play a key role in the lifecycle of the developed services and tools.
You will work in a dynamic, proactive, and young team within the IC Engineering Department.
Main Responsibilities:
Linux-based server maintenanceWorkflow maintenanceCreate complex pipelines for several needsManage deployment cycle of web applicationsBe involved in: Support and cooperation with other Eggtronic teams and departments during their automation and deployment phasesReports To The DevOps Engineer will report directly to the Head of IC Engineering Team.
Qualifications and Background Specialized and Technical KnowledgeGood knowledge and hands-on experience in scripting (shell/python), automation, DevOps tools, and methodologiesBasic knowledge and some working experience inBuild Automation Engine: GitlabVersion Control Systems: Git, Gitlab SCM, Branching strategyDependency and Package management tools: Pip, apt, rpm, etc.Build systems: Make, CMakeOS: Windows, LinuxDefine architecture, QA strategy, documentation for the automation framework developed.Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools.Soft SkillsTeam playerProblem solverPassionate, proactive, and enthusiasticPrecise and reliableToolsMust have:
