We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years hands-on experience to join our IT team. This professional will act as a bridge between the IT Cloud & SRE Team and the Dev Team, providing support in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage the Kubernetes clusters: upgrade version, change CNI, refresh nodes; Create/Update the bitbucket pipelines; Create/Update/support in the packaging of backend services using Helm; Manage users and associated permissions on AWS with IAM; Manage users on bitbucket; Test and integrate 3rd party tools like Ingress (emissary or nginx), cert-manager and others; Setup backup automations for databases; Job Requirements: Knowledge in administering and operating Kubernetes clusters, on EKS and on DIY clusters. Kops experience is a plus. Mastering CI/CD principles and best practices, especially related to continuous delivery and continuous deployment processes (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory) Mastering IaC (Infrastructure as code) principles and technology such as Terraform, Helm, Ansible Experience on AWS AuthZ/AuthN and IAM Cybersecurity principles awareness Proven experience managing best of breed cloud native middleware Knowledge of backup/restore/DR/HA design principles Compliance principles awareness Experience in monitoring and alerting infrastructures Proven database administration proficiency Proven MQ management expertise This role requires professional proficiency in English.
