Device Engineer

To improve existing product portfolio or new products under development Controls new product introduction coordinating with design team Team working to define, develop and deploy process flows and tools to realize a cost-effective and a manufacturable product Works to define production test specifications and identify SPC parameters selection, controlling product performance Ability to effectively manage project teams and resources (for senior level and above) Job Requirements: Master's degree (or higher) in optics, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunication, or equivalent technical discipline 5 years of working experience in the related industry Optical devices and design competences could be preferred Knowledge of process/product validation procedures and techniques Knowledge of basic six sigma/lean manufacturing concepts like capability studies and SPC Application of process and product FMEA, problem-solving techniques, risk analysis Competent with Microsoft Office applications and Minitab Knowledge of LabVIEW is a plus What We Offer: Dynamic work team Professional growth Opportunity to work in an international team environment and interaction with all functions and teams J-18808-Ljbffr
