Device Electrical Robustness Characterization Engineer M/F

Job Description:
To ensure a high level of technical support to accelerate the learning curve on innovative technologies and new materials with a focus on the relevant failure modes by electrical characterization of power devices and modules.
To ensure technical support regarding reliability problems and mission profile assessment on key customers.
To contribute to building new reliability models (failure mechanism and mission profile based) to go beyond the traditional assessment.
To contribute to developing advanced methodologies and approaches to be applied to reliability and analysis activities.
Good proficiency in general-purpose and dedicated stress system usage is required.
Profile:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics.Fluent in English and availability to travel.Knowledge of data analysis tools.Attitude towards problem solving and teamwork.Ability to deal with internal and external customers.Experience in Quality, Product Engineering, or Design is an added value.Knowledge of Analog and Mixed Signal products and technology is a plus.Position Location:Job location: Europe, Italy, Catania
